Among the circumstances that must be entered in the Commercial Register are the company name, headquarters and the subject of activity. They are included in the Commercial Law and as required content in the bylaws of various traders and companies (memorandum of association with the general partnership, partnership agreement with the limited liability company, memorandum of association with Ltd., articles of association, and so on).
As a result, any changes made to the company, headquarters and/or the subject of activity must be reflected in both the Commercial Register and the bylaws.
